Synopsis: The Dove has been captured. Her relationship with Martin has gotten closer. She should be happy. She should be fine. But something is not right and Cali Brauer knows it.

A series of agent assassinations rocks the agency, Martin’s new partner Jessica Fines might want to take Cali’s spot in the agency and her man, but more pressing is the threat from a new enemy – a Russian named Morefsku!

Production: Shot in the summer of 2005, New Beginnings, continues writer-director Peter Paul Basler’s homage to the TV shows 24 and Alias and the feature films La Femme Nikita, Run Lola Run and the Jason Bourne film series.

“The Tomorrow Project” denotes an independent group of individuals dedicated to creative, high-quality, low-cost filmmaking. Shot digitally and fully independently, episode two of As Cool As Jennifer, continues as a shining example of the outcome of that approach.
